- Plan and manage the end-to-end logistics for events, including event deliverables sourcing, supplier management, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and event schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure contracts and ensure high-quality service.
- Develop and manage comprehensive event documentation, including run sheets, attendee lists, and operational plans.
- Manage on-site execution, including set-up, registration, troubleshooting, and wrap-up.
- Continuously evaluate event processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with event management and design tools.
- A meticulous approach to planning and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- The ability to think quickly and resolve issues under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event periods.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
