Financially backed by the largest private equity firm, a leading provider with a strong overseas presence (including the thriving market of Singapore) is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the finance team.About the job ...Your role is pivotal in driving the growth of the business unit. From managing monthly and yearly financial consolidation to overseeing outsourced services and conducting analyses, this role ensures the smooth operation of the financial processes. With involvement in system enhancements, budgeting, and compliance, the Accountant serves as a key person between finance, auditing, and regulatory affairs, all while supporting the expansion efforts. Additionally, you will also liaise with third-party providers on transactional accounting aspects.Skills and experience required
- A recognized degree with at least 5 years accounting experience in full sets of accounting, with consolidation experience
- Prior certificates such as, ACCA, CPA are advantageous.
- You have strong interpersonal skills to liaise with different business units, meticulous and strong willingness to learn
- You are also comfortable to work in the Northern part of Singapore on a 5 days work week (during probation).
- *Due to the urgency of the position, the ideal candidate is someone who is immediately available/short notice (maximum 1 month notice)
