We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operator to manage end-to-end voyage operations. You'll collaborate closely with shipowners, charterers, and brokers, ensuring efficient execution of fixtures and smooth operational performance throughout the voyage lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with shipowners and charterers to ensure adherence to charterparty terms and declaration deadlines
- Monitor and manage daily voyage operations, routing, and cargo planning
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate post-fixture records to support claims handling and audits
- Provide operational support to Brokers, including timely data entry for financial and performance tracking
- Be available for after-hours operational coverage as needed
- Prior experience in shipping or cargo operations (wet/bulk/tanker preferred)
- Knowledge of charterparty contracts, vessel specs, insurance, and legal terms
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
