Job DescriptionJob ID: 20240250 CM(A45)AHJob Position：System EngineerNumber of Pax : 3paxCompany Background: IT solution and service providerWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pmWeekend and Public Holiday on Project basis (only if needed)Working Location: Kwsn Perindustrian Terbau II, Johor Bahru.Salary Package: RM 2,500 ~ RM 4,500(Benefits: All allowance will be disclosed in the interview session)Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and collaborate with multitier personnel, such as clients and vendors
  • Attending project study for system design and network infrastructure design
  • Prepare pre and post-project documentation
  • Install, configure, test and maintain system and network infrastructure
  • Provide backend support for customer IT technical issues and ensure meeting SLA
  • Periodic report submission to operation support team
Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalent
  • Virtualization solution knowledge (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • System backup solution knowledge (Veeam, Altaro)
  • Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN , Wireless)
  • Network security knowledge (Firewall, EndPoint Security, Policy and Enforcement of Unified Threat Management)
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage
