- Be part of the policy and planning team
- Review and develop HR policies, while ensuring compliance with prevailing laws and regulations, and alignment of cluster wide directives
- Manage various aspects of strategic planning for HR including the Balanced Score Card, Enterprise Risk Management framework as well as the setting of strategic goals and monitoring of workplans for the HR domain
- Conduct environmental scans and ensure the HR domain is kept abreast with leading best practices in human resource strategies and healthcare human capital management
- Any other duties as assigned
- Min Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Preferably with 4-5 years of Human Resource experience
- Experience and knowledge in Healthcare sector will be a plus
- Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Knowledgeable in employment and industrial relation laws and its practical application
- Proficient in MS office applications
