What the role is:The job holder will be supporting the establishment of Business Continuity Planning for the Ministry.What you will be working on:The job holder will: • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners, for all BCP matters • Manage project timelines for the BCP refresh initiative • Coordinate and facilitate necessary meetings, training sessions, and exercises to: o Identify current gaps o Define critical business functions o Map dependencies o Establish recovery time objectives • Collaborate with external vendors to develop and finalise business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical functions • Provide support for department or others workplace experience events/initiativesWhat we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in Business continuity management or planning is advantageous • Strong project management and budgeting capabilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
