An international specialty materials company is seeking E&I Engineers to join their Global Engineering Initiative. This program is designed to groom high-potential engineers into future leaders, offering structured career development, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience in large-scale projects.The Role
  • Manage and oversee Electrical, Instrumentation, and DCS engineering projects from design to commissioning.
  • Review, design, and specify E&I systems and equipment, working closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and execute project plans covering schedules, resources, budgets, and risk management.
  • Act as the on-site engineering liaison, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Conduct vendor workshops (FATs), site inspections, and technical reviews.
  • Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, building skills required for global leadership roles.
The Talent:
  • Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or related engineering discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in E&I design, construction, or commissioning is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to be posted overseas for global assignments.
