Operations Executive (Bunker) (S17179)

• Track and report vessel movements and positions
• Ensure voyages are carried out smoothly and cost-effectively
• Handle day-to-day operations and work closely with external parties to support efficient commercial activities
• Provide timely updates to clients on vessel operations, crew details, and fleet status

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or shipping operations coordination
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of vessel operations would be a plus
• Team-oriented with a positive and responsible attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving work setting
• Willing to take on departmental shift phone duties and work during weekends when required
