- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing consulting practices, including building and guiding high-performing teams to deliver client-facing solutions.
- Deep expertise in:
- Workforce reskilling
- Human resource strategies and operations
- Organisational design and transformation
- Organisation structure set-up
- Manpower optimisation
- Workforce culture and model development
- Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies, including:
- Stakeholder analysis
- Communication planning and execution
- Training needs analysis and plan development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in dynamic environments, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
