- Making outbound calls to potential clients and researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Driving activities to establish net new commercial client relationships within the SMEs Market and an assigned territory
- Driving a pipeline that supports assigned new business goals of the region
- Converting new business opportunities within assigned leads generated
- Using a consultative sales approach
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Serving as a brand enthusiast for Wallex suite of products and solutions
- Follow up on highly qualified leads at small and mid-sized companies
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B sales/ account management, B2C sales / account management or Sales role, ideally within the Fintech industry.
- Experience within Area Sales, National Sales, Sales Training and Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
- Experience in a start-up environment, a big plus
