
AVP/VP, Regional Digital & Data Business Development Lead, Global Financial Markets

- Develop and execute strategies to grow the adoption of our Digital and Data solutions across various channels, meeting quantitative targets for client acquisition and solution adoption.
- Research and identify new client growth segments and collaborate with regional business stakeholders to develop compelling digital and data propositions for target clients.
- Manage budget and performance tracking for the regional business, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Drive regional initiatives and provide high-level solutioning to address complex business challenges and opportunities.
- Prepare customer RFPs and presentations with business stakeholders, pitching our digital and data propositions as integral components of holistic banking solutions.
- Engage with client post-implementation to ensure their success, gather feedback on our solutions, and relay this feedback to DBS product teams for continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross-BU/SU initiatives and foster collaboration to create digital and data solutions that enhance the customer journey.
- Partner with trading and sales teams to explore and create new business models that generate new revenue streams.
- Conduct internal and external client training/adoption programs to raise awareness of our digital and data solutions among sales teams and clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that promote our digital and data solutions in the market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury related functions
- Passionate in problem solving and solutioning for customers
- Knowledge of technical aspects such as API, middleware, and networks is a plus.
- Experience in customer pitching and presentations is desirable
- Highly self-driven and motivated.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within the organization and with external parties.
