As a Crew Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating crewing activities and ensuring the smooth operations of crew management. Your duties will include:

Coordinating crew changes and managing sign-on and sign-off processes
Handling crew documentation including visas, passports, and medical certificates
Maintaining crew records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Managing crew payroll, compensation, and benefits
Assisting in the recruitment and selection of crew members
Liaising with manning agencies and ensuring the availability of qualified crew members
Monitoring crew performance and providing feedback and guidance as needed
Resolving crew-related issues and conflicts
Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and trends
Assisting in the development and implementation of crewing policies and procedures

Requirements

ITE/ diploma in maritime studies, human resources, or a related field

Those with maritime education /payroll and keen to learn crewing is welcome to apply
Familiarity with crewing software and databases
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and industry standards
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
No experience is welcome to apply. ( Have maritime education)
