Job Description :Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Operations & Service Management & project management: 35%
  • Provide Level 2 on-site technical support and infrastructure project management
  • Monitor and improve IT operations management processes
  • Align infrastructure operations with digital transformation goals
  • Lead and coordinate with Headquarters for troubleshooting efforts for complex technical problems
Team Management & Talent Development: 25%
  • Monitor, assess, and motivate team members’ performance.
  • Lead the development of discipline-specific talent and build team succession plans.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and skill advancement.
Strategic Alignment & Digitalization Transformation: 5%
  • Participate in discussions on digital strategy and follow through on strategic digital initiatives.
  • Align infrastructure operations with business and digital transformation goals.
Compliance, Safety, and Information Security: 15%
  • Promote resource conservation and ensure the health and safety of personnel under your supervision.
  • Enforce safety regulations, compliance procedures, and correct usage of personal protective equipment.
  • Strictly adhere to confidentiality agreements and company-wide information security policies to
safeguard corporate information assets.Process Development & Operational Excellence: 10%
  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows and operational standards.
  • Formulate, promote, monitor, and improve IT operations management processes.
  • Provide guidance in problem analysis and resolution, supporting staff with issue troubleshooting.
Communication & Relationship Management: 10%
  • Manage internal and external communication channels, ensuring responsive service delivery.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and negotiations effectively.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Proficient in core business processes of IT projects and operations, including budgeting and vendor
management.
  • Familiar with IT management frameworks such as ITIL, ISO20000, and ISO27000.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure operations and demand analysis.
  • Hands-on infrastructure experience.
  • Experience in workflow and process optimization related to IT operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure project implementation and management.
  • Experience in multinational companies.
