- Determining materials/work order requirements and schedules for external and internal supplies of raw materials, production assemblies, and finished goods to suppliers and production functions.
- Establish inventory plans for standard products based on previous sales history and projected customer demand. Provide this information to appropriate material suppliers.
- Publish periodic reports on sales and customer service performance.
- Review, monitor, and replenish stock based on inventory plans and the validity of stipulated storage and expiry date requirements for standard frequency control products, maintenance, replacement, and operating supplies (MRO).
- Issuing purchase orders to the approved suppliers following the approved supplier listing.
- Maintain working files, such as suppliers' parts specifications, prices, and component purchasing specifications.
- Releasing work orders for production following stipulated lead times.
- Follow up and expedite suppliers' deliveries and work orders to meet scheduled dates.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
