Who We Are Looking ForCrisis24's Protective Intelligence Center (PIC) has a simple but critical mission: We aim to proactively identify, assess and mitigate threats and hazards to our Principals and client enterprises, and the respective Crisis24 Agents and Analysts who keep them safe. The PIC leverages advanced technology, OSINT, HUMINT, and internal subject matter experts to provide timely, accurate and actionable intelligence. What You Will Work OnAs Protective Intelligence Analyst you will proactively identify, track and assess known and emerging risks, provide incident response & triage, travel risk support, security assessments, online research and investigations. You will also receive training on investigative and threat assessment techniques and best practices in furtherance of the PIC's protective mission.
Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with the rest of the PIC Team, in a largely virtual capacity. On a day-to-day basis, you will most frequently interact with the Protective Operations Analyst (Watch Desk Analyst) on shift with you, along with the Intelligence Operations Coordinator, any Lead Analysts, Manager or Director who may be working at the time (contingent upon time of day). There is shift turnover at the start and end of every shift, as well as daily standup meetings with internal PIC leadership Monday through Friday.
What You Will BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; A degree focused on Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, or National Security is a plus.
Strong critical thinking skills, sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and an aptitude for rapidly assimilating new information.
Demonstrated interest in supporting physical security.
Aptitude for clear and effective written and verbal communications under time sensitive conditions.
Ability to assess information quickly and accurately for credibility, relevance, and importance.
Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, work independently, and complete
objectives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Schedule flexibility and the ability to work night and weekend shifts.
Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Desired QualificationsThree or more years of experience in a protective intelligence or similar role.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Working or greater knowledge of mapping technologies such as Google Maps and Arcgis.
Working or greater knowledge of commonly used intelligence platforms and resources.
Broad geopolitical awareness, knowledge of global events, and cultural
sensitivity.
Familiarity with news reporting sources, social media channels, and other
channels for real-time monitoring of current events.
Ability to assimilate and effectively leverage new technologies.
Experience with manual boolean queries or advanced OSINT techniques.
Working knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting.
