- Administrative document filling, mailing, & records.
- Monthly communication with accounting outsourcing company.
- Invoicing, banking, handling account payables, account receivables, payment processing upload and following up with payments schedule.
- HR-related duties.
- Liaise with government authorities regarding licensing, claims, and other required submissions/applications.
- Liaise with outsourcing partners & our business joint partners on Bookkeeping & Corporate related matters.
- Liaise with the Auditors, prepare and submit documents required for Audit and Annual Reports.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
- More than 10 years working experience in any role.
- Min 3 years working experience in Admin/Accounting role.
- Able to understand Japanese conversation to some extent because you will liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
- Able to handle small tasks.
- Good communication, cooperative, and caring to the team members.
