Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.Job DescriptionAs an intern, you will be assisting the Application Services team on various IT projects covering the entire project life cycle, including post-implementation activities such as change requests, application support, and audit activities.Responsibilities

Support project management activities such as requirement gathering sessions, documentation, business user coordination, testing, and training
Assist in technology audit(s) for existing solutions, including liaising with the audit team, managing timelines, collating information, and documenting findings for reporting
Assist in promoting awareness of digital solutions
Contribute to the design and build/configuration of IT applications (PowerApps, RPA, SharePoint etc.)
Offer technical support to end-users, addressing queries and issues related to the applications
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related disciplines
Able to communicate well and have a strong sense of logic
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Able to work effectively independently and in a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel
Willingness to explore innovative solutions and technologies to enhance user experience
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and cloud services for application deployment is a plus
