We create a dynamic environment where new ideas are encouraged, and every team member is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact regardless of seniority.Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Intern at EFGH, you'll be part of a high-impact team that drives the company’s growth and brand visibility. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, analytical, and resourceful, and eager to contribute to all areas of marketing in a fast-paced startup.You’ll support digital campaigns, content creation, market research, and performance tracking, while working closely with our marketing and business development teams. From crafting social media posts to assisting with investor decks and product positioning, you'll get real-world experience in a variety of marketing functions.What You’ll Do:Content & Digital Management: Create and manage content across a variety of digital channels, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), EDMs, and landing pages to promote and publicize our brands.Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and executing both paid and organic marketing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics to optimize for growth.Brand Collateral: Help draft and refine brand materials, such as pitch decks, investor presentations, and marketing one-pagers.Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights in Southeast Asia and other regions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the business development team on lead generation strategies and campaign execution.Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with ad-hoc tasks like creative testing, media coordination, or CRM updates as needed.What You’ll Bring To The Table:A current university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong writing and communication skills, with a knack for creating clear and engaging content.A proactive, resourceful, and organized attitude—you are comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of projects.A genuine interest in startups, digital marketing, fintech, or insurtech.Bonus Skills: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Slides, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, or content scheduling and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Notion).What You’ll Gain:Holistic Startup Exposure: Get a front-row seat to all sides of a startup, including strategy, sales, operations, and product.Mentorship: Work directly with the founding team and core decision-makers, gaining mentorship and coaching to build core business and communication skills.Meaningful Impact: Contribute directly to strategic growth initiatives in a flexible, fast-paced, and inclusive environment.Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
