  • Provide strong leadership to the team to deliver quality and timely HR services
  • Build solid partnerships with the broader HR team to allow greater collaboration and enhance service delivery
  • Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with HR policy and regulatory requirements while meeting service deliverables
Role requirements
  • Degree qualified with solid understanding of HR processes and operations, ideally in a shared services environment
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors will be a plus
  • Solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
  • Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at the senior level
