
HR Shared Services Manager

- Provide strong leadership to the team to deliver quality and timely HR services
- Build solid partnerships with the broader HR team to allow greater collaboration and enhance service delivery
- Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with HR policy and regulatory requirements while meeting service deliverables
- Degree qualified with solid understanding of HR processes and operations, ideally in a shared services environment
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors will be a plus
- Solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
- Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at the senior level
