What the role is:You assist in various aspects of Human Resource Management in Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), ranging from Performance Management, Succession Planning, Resource and Allocation, Regimentation and Discipline, to Personnel Administration and Welfare Matters in matters pertaining to TRADOC entities, Overseas Training Centres and the Army Training Hub.What you will be working on:- Manage performance systems - Plan succession strategies - Provide advices to Commanders in HR matters - Allocate manpower resources - Handle disciplinary matters - Oversee personnel administration - Support welfare initiatives - Represent TRADOC interests - Coordinate with stakeholders Challenge(s) - Managing complex resource allocation - Balancing diverse HR requirementsWhat we are looking for:- At least 8 years of HR experience - Good data analytics skills - Ability to work independently - Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of providing timely solutions - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good writing abilities Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
