- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding department needs and creating job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and prepare all necessary employment documentation and application of work passes.
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Program Design: Propose, develop, and implement effective training programs and workshops to address identified gaps.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver training sessions.
- Career Development: Support employee career growth by providing guidance on available training and development opportunities.
- Onboarding: Facilitate and conduct orientation/induction program for new employees.
- Uniform Management: Serve as the point of contact for uniform-related queries from employees (issuance, return, exchanges).
- HR Administration: Manage end-to-end HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate employee records, processing leaves, rewards and recognition. Support employees regarding HR inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by HOD and management.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a recruitment and/or L&D role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
