Senior Quantity Surveyor

• To carry out remeasurement quantity verification against drawings submitted by subcontractor
• Prepare monthly cost forecast based on WCR / MTO versus contractual values
• Tracking CR Log and estimating related to cost impact and notify PMT
• Negotiation with subcontractor and assist Lead QS for final account close out
• Material reconciliation again free issued quantities versus as built quantities
• Safe keeping project close out final documents in share points
• Thoroughly understand Method of Measurement, Overall Pricing Schedule or Schedule of Rates and Support services unit rates as per Contracts Agreement
• Close coordination with Construction, Engineering , Planning and Quality team to update actual progress status and identify potential change works and understand its root cause of change
• Verify reimbursable or Cost Plus document (Chinese, Portuguese, others) submitted by subcontractor and update to Lead QS of the outcome and notify immediately if any discrepancy
• Verify Custom clearance documents submitted by subcontractor and update to Lead QS of the outcome and notify immediately of ay discrepancy found in cost and inappropriate document found
• Material reconciliation against with free issued material and As Built quantities and identify the gap to back charged to subcontractor.

• Diploma in Engineering
• Min 3 years experiences in O&G industries and have worked on FPSO projects before and/or in shipyard environment
• Experience in MS Office / AutoCAD / Documentum / SharePoint
• Willing to take on 1-2 years contract
