- Lead and manage a team of specialists and NEs, ensuring alignment with the bank’s vision, strategic goals, and performance standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding, training, and performance management of NEs to accelerate productivity and reduce early attrition.
- Drive adoption of the Data-Driven Operating Model (DDOM) to monitor team performance, identify systemic gaps, and implement strategies that strengthen customer engagement and financial planning penetration.
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high ethical standards by reinforcing risk awareness, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business directors, and support functions to design and execute programs that enhance team productivity and customer experience.
- Provide strategic coaching and mentoring to specialists, grooming them to take on larger responsibilities and leadership roles.
- Ensure effective workforce planning, resource deployment, and succession planning to support business sustainability.
- Act as the key escalation point for operational, risk, and people-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with governance frameworks.
- Min Bachelor’s degree/University degree with 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
- Proven leadership experience in financial planning or wealth management, with demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering results.
- Strong expertise in advisory practices, customer engagement strategies, and financial planning solutions.
- Track record of developing high-performing individuals and teams through structured coaching and mentoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive business performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational excellence.
- Preferably with CMFAS Mod 5, 8, 9, CHI, BCP, PGI, AFP, AFC, CLU, ChFC, CFP qualifications
