
IT Service Desk Specialist Graduate (IT APAC) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

- Provide first-level technical support under supervision for hardware, software, and basic IT service issues
- Help manage tickets, document resolutions, and maintain the knowledge base
- Assist in identifying trends in support tickets and recurring issues
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement, collecting requirements, and providing optimization suggestions
- Conduct research and development of AI-powered tools to support business functions including data visualization, summarization, workflow automation, or recommendations
- Contribute to performance reporting and service improvement tracking
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on improvement or automation pilot projectsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT support concepts, Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
- Experience in developing workflow automation solutions (e.g., low code/no code platforms, RPA, or scripting)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Qualification
