You’ll play a key role in ensuring our costing data is up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible for the team.Responsibilities:Record and update project costs in our system or spreadsheetsTrack supplier invoices, receipts, and payment recordsVerify costing details against quotations and purchase ordersMaintain organized digital files for all costing documentsGenerate simple costing reports for management when neededCommunicate with team members to clarify or confirm cost detailsRequirements:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryProficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or similar toolsGood organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Prior experience in admin, bookkeeping, or cost tracking is a plusWhat We Offer:Fully remote position with flexible hoursSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to grow within the companyTraining provided for our systems and workflowsApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by WhatsApp cv to 8760 0434.
