
Aircraft Painter

- Prepare, paint and detail aircraft according to schedule using company quality standards and operating procedures
- Safely perform aircraft preparation, painting, and detailing of aircraft under minimal supervision
- Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance mandated by the Aviation regulatory authorities and specifications set by aircraft manufacturers and customers
- Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment such as sanders, hydraulic lift platforms and paint sprayers
- Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools
- Follow standard operating procedures when handling chemicals, primer, paint and paint strippers and use protective equipment as required
- Comply with safety rules and procedures and be alert for unsafe conditions
- Address unsafe conditions before putting people or property at risk
- Assist in paint touch up of aircraft part
- Good knowledge on mixing and handling paint
- At least 2 years of working experience as an Aircraft/Automotive finish spray painter is required
- Able to commit rotating shift
