Job Scope:· Support daily safe operations of school in the following areas;a. Opening and closing of school.b. Cleaning of General Office, Staff Rooms and Special Rooms.c. Support logistical arrangements school events.d. Stocktaking and ordering of school supplies (e.g. toilet papers, trash bags and etc).e. Traffic control and marshalling (during arrival and dismissal) within school compound.· Assist Operations Manager in maintaining school security (e.g. escorting contractors and vendors during maintenance works in school compound.Requirements:

Contract Period: From 1 Jun 2024 to 30 April 2025Personnel will be working in alternate week shifts:· Mondays to Friday:· Early Shift (6.00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break· Late shift (9.30am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
