Care Staff

• Perform regular checks on clients’ vital signs and monitor their health status.
• Dispense medications following proper training.
• React to any irregular conditions or behavioral changes in clients, documenting in communication logs, and submitting incident reports as required.
• Respond to emergencies and accidents, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) if needed.
• Greet clients upon arrival and ensure their departure is smooth.
• Provide direct personal care to the elderly, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
• Organize and lead programs and activities for clients.
• Support clients in their daily exercises and activities while ensuring their welfare.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists or occupational therapists to plan and monitor individualized care plans.
• Aid clients with restroom visits while adhering to infection control protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the premises.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare or eldercare settings.
• Possess Diploma in Healthcare Management or Gerontology, or with relevant certifications.
• Comfortable in handling ageing clients
• Willing to learn and with strong communication skills
