  • Identifies, leads, and overseas execution of all operations process and system activities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and standard operational procedure (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, maximize profit, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Review metrics and reporting for all stores and ensure corrective action to remedy issues and deficiencies.
  • Create Audit procedures, enforce proper tracking & reporting activity.
  • Standardize operation policies and SOP globally.
  • Ensure company retail software systems are properly used and evaluate new tools.
Inventory management & control:
  • Collaborate with logistic, order management and finance teams to streamline processes and improve internal SOPs about inventory receiving, transfers, returns and RMA.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures.
  • Implement end-to-end inventory tracking systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Reinforce store BOH management procedures to facilitate inventory control.
  • Conduct regular stock audit, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain inventory records.
  • Collaborate with store managers and sales merchandising teams to address inventory-related challenges.
  • Partner with regional retail teams to improve inventory management metrics by strengthening control procedures.
  • Support the logistic, merchandising and order management teams as needed.
Store performance
  • Ensuring our stores are clean, organized and well maintained by developing tools to ensure the best FOH management.
  • Partner with sales and retail teams to set specific standards of performance for each team.
  • Monitor performance related to staffing and scheduling and identify areas of improvement.
  • With the support of the sales team, develop training programs to continuously empower our store employees on compliance standards and customer service best practices.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and strong work ethics among the store employees, encouraging a customer-centric approach.
  • Work with key cross-functional business partners within marketing, sales, and human resources to ensure retail needs are being supported and are meeting the brand standards.
IT/systems/Finance
  • Review internal processes to ensure robust cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure accurate cash resister reconciliation and collaborate with Finance team to maintain store financial records.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to prepare store financials reports and budgets.
  • Partner with IT teams to oversee the implementation and optimization of technologies systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure business continuity and maximize efficiency.
Compliance and Regulatory
  • Ensure RazerStore maintains a safe and secure environment for store employees and customers globally. Partner with the local HR and legal teams to implement regional policies and protocols.
  • Stay updated with local regulations, ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Implement risk management strategies.
  • Partner with local retail teams to conduct regular compliance audits and inspections to identify any areas of non-compliance promptly.
  • Ensure the audits are performed regularly at each store and that each store manager is accountable for the results.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for legal and compliance professionals.
Pre-Requisites :
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in this field
  • Proven expertise in retail operations management and project planning
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent personal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Managerial experienced in flagship store or multiple stores or countries operations are required
  • Experience building retail operating standards and scaling processes to meet the needs of the brand
  • Ability to travel across our regional markets on a regular basis to support the needs of a growing retail organization
