With decades of experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, and integrated logistics solutions, they are known for their operational excellence and long-standing customer partnerships.As part of their expansion plans, we have been exclusively engaged to identify a seasoned commercial leader for the role of Head of Commercial, Asia Pacific Logistics, based in Singapore.This is a key leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy across all logistics services. Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will lead business development efforts, strengthen client relationships, and identify growth opportunities across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the overall commercial strategy to support revenue growth and profitability targetsLead and manage regional sales and business development teams across multiple marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retentionIdentify new market segments and drive strategic initiatives to grow market shareOversee pricing, contract negotiations, and tender managementWork closely with operations and finance teams to ensure service alignment and sustainable margin growthTrack and report on commercial performance, sales pipeline, and market developmentsCoach, mentor, and support team members to strengthen commercial capabilities within the organisationRequirementsBachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field15+ years of relevant commercial experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectorsStrong track record in business development, key account management, and strategic sales planningProven experience leading commercial teams in a regional or multi-country setupFamiliarity with the Southeast Asian logistics landscape, customer expectations, and competitive environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbout Us:Catalyst Talent Strategy Consulting is an executive search firm that is specialized in providing recruitment solution for our clients.
