
Global Revenue Operations Intern, AI Enablement

- Understand key sales and account-management processes, identify pain points and propose AI-driven automations.
- Build, test and deploy agents and low-/no-code workflows in Copilot Studio, Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Prototype more complex agents in Python, converting them into production-ready Copilot solutions.
- Translate raw data (CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects) into dashboards and KPIs for GTM leaders.
- Partner with Business Intelligence-IT to migrate reports and workflows onto the enterprise analytics stack.
- Coordinate enablement sessions: create training collateral, schedule classes, capture feedback and track adoption metrics.
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance and IT stakeholders.
- Curious, resourceful and comfortable working through ambiguity.
- Strong analytical thinker with a passion for process improvement and automation.
- Confident communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a global, cross-functional setting..
- Currently Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or Computer Science.
- Hands-on exposure to Copilot Studio (or comparable agent-building platforms) and the Microsoft Power Suite.
- Python proficiency and familiarity with Visual Studio Code.
- Experience querying large data sets or data warehouses; Excel & PowerPoint mastery.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience, basic ML/AI-Ops knowledge, and familiarity with GTM processes is an advantage
