
Assistant Store Supervisor/ Keyholder

- Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
- Evaluate guests' needs to offer personalized and efficient solutions for purchases and returns, while providing support.
- As part of the store leadership team, supports in training teammates to provide a service culture unique to Under Armour.
- Responsible for keeping the store key, opening and closing the store according to Standard Operating procedures.
- Complete the operational and cash processes.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent guest experience, assist with store operations and achieve store goals.
- Partner with rest of store leadership in maintaining standards covering merchandise and floor sets.
- Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve the targeted levels.
- Maintain and support store safety standards and communicate concerns to rest of store leadership.
- Support UA strategies to drive sales and operations; observe sales trend and advise rest of store leadership of opportunities.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of retail experience, ideally with leading sportswear brands or fast fashion brands.
- Skilled in guiding teams and fostering collaborative environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stock room, risk management & safety.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.
- Love for sports and Under Armour as a brand.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic team culture.
- 5 days work, 2 days off a week
