- Stakeholder management: As a programme manager, successfully drive internal alignments that tee up to the project’s key deliverables. Demonstrate strength in relationship-building and the art of persuasion. Be perceptive in reading the room.
- Cross-functional collaboration: As a campaign lead, execute successful and well-oiled acquisitions/retention campaign drives. This will include spotting gaps in cross-functional coordination and aligning expectations for success.
- Driving excellence in communications: Coordinate internal communications on product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal stakeholders. Steer the external communications strategy as a business counterpart to our group communications team.
- Driving excellence in content marketing and campaign roll-outs: To be a standard-bearer of content (text and visual) excellence in campaign marketing copy – provide guidance on how USPs and overall content can be sharpened for impact in I&I marketing assets.
- At least 7 years of working experience in marketing and communications, ideally in the financial or technology services. Content marketing, communications, and digital campaign management experiences are immediate advantages. Experience in product design is also a plus.
- Strong communications, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter with initiative and ability to learn, adapt and achieve results in this fast-moving initiative.
- A strategic thinker focused on driving I&I campaigns with acquisition/retention impact.
- Strong project management skills: detailed, able to juggle tasks on tight timelines.
