
Yoga Instructor (Full-Time / Part-Time)

- Deliver high-quality, anatomically sound yoga classes for a range of experience levels.
- Incorporate educational themes into every class, explaining how movements support physical, emotional, and lifestyle goals (e.g. “Today we’re focusing on hips, where many of us store emotional tension…”).
- Offer multi-level cueing, modifications, and progressions based on class type and participant needs.
- Teach within Morrow’s programming framework and contribute to the refinement of class structure, timing, and flow.
- Arrive early and remain post-class to engage with members and support studio reset.
- Teach from a place of clarity, confidence, and care—your cues should be concise, accessible, and purposeful.
- Follow all SOPs and guidelines for music, lighting, studio cleanliness, and member flow.
- Model our Operating Principles in your teaching: show up mindfully, take ownership, lead with rhythm, and foster a winning mindset in your students.
- Work closely with the Mindful Movement Zone Lead and Program Manager for workshops, event activations, and studio improvements.
- Participate in regular audits, peer reviews, and instructor feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding of new instructors and contribute to the studio’s inclusive and empowering culture.
- Maintain a valid CPR / AED certification.
- Adhere to our dress code and appearance standards (professional, clean, non-branded attire).
- Communicate proactively and professionally regarding class coverage, schedule changes, or feedback.
- Certified yoga instructor with a minimum of 200 hours training (Yoga Alliance or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and multi-level cueing.
- Minimum 2 years of regular teaching experience in boutique or premium wellness studios.
- CPR/AED certified and comfortable handling safety protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.
- Willingness to follow structured programming while bringing your own personality and presence to class.
- Certification or experience in related modalities such as sound healing, breathwork, Pilates, or functional movement.
- Familiarity with clean movement philosophy, somatic practices, or trauma-informed teaching.
- Ability to teach both group and private sessions.
- Knowledge of class booking software and member experience platforms.
- Part-Time Instructors: Must commit to 3–7 classes per week, on a fixed schedule.
- Full-Time Instructors: Minimum of 10–12 sessions per week, including a mix of classes and member interactions.
