  • responsible for the announcement of Voluntary Corporate Action notifications to stakeholders through swift (MT564 and MT568) reading.
  • manage the risk and controls of the entire corporate actions processes and continue to evolve/streamline/minimize risk across income, mandatory and voluntary events.
  • assist and drive the implementation of various change initiatives for the corporate action processes.

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working in the Investment Banking APAC Asset Servicing Team in Singapore. This role encompasses the processing of the entire life cycle of a corporate action. There will be a lot of interaction and coordination with various operations teams across the regions in a fast paced environment.Your expertiseYou have:
  • 1+ years of experience in investment banking / Wealth Management Asset Servicing roles
  • good analytical skills and keen eye for detail

  • a team player and are able to multi task under high pressured environment
  • able to follow through all tasks to completion and take complete accountability and responsibility
