- Contract / Sub Contract administration, preparation of progress claims, variation orders, verifying subcontractor / suppliers claims
- Responsible for the full suite of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for M&E disciplines
- Review variation request order; assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report; process of progress payment and final account
- Work closely with the Project Team to provide cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction, construction and post construction stage.
- Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors
- Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
