Ensign is hiring !Responsibilities:
  • IT Service Management and Enhancement: Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to implement and manage Jira Service Management portals for various Business Units and Teams. Assist in gathering requirements, configuring workflows, customizing forms, and integrating JSM with other systems.
  • Salesforce/Confluence Development and Enhancement: Support the development and enhancement of Salesforce and Confluence solutions to meet business and user needs. Customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation to streamline processes. Drive utilization and advocate best practices for Confluence Knowledge Management.
  • Workday Management and Enhancement: Ensure optimal functionality and user experience, support enhancements and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align Workday capabilities and business needs.
  • Automation Implementation: Streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity by leveraging technology and automation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders, troubleshooting issues related to Jira Service Management and Salesforce. Resolve incidents, respond to queries, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • General Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for Jira and Salesforce. Ensure the security and integrity of the systems, perform regular data backups, and maintain system documentation.
  • Platform Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Jira and Salesforce platforms by addressing key business and user needs or issues. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and advancements to ensure the platforms are optimized for performance.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for users on Jira Service Management and Salesforce usage, guiding them on best practices and efficient utilization of the platforms. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with other team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Integration and Data Management: Assist in integrating Jira Service Management and Salesforce with other third-party tools and systems. Ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity between platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge and experience in working with Jira Service Management, Salesforce, or similar ticketing and CRM platforms. Familiarity with customization, workflows, and automation.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose effective solutions, and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, end-users, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data management and system configuration.
