Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and versatile Videographer and Post-Production Editor to join our creative team in Singapore. This role is ideal for a content professional with a keen eye for short-form storytelling and a strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Content and Social Media teams to conceptualise and execute video campaignsProvide early-stage input during ideation to help assess feasibility, resource needs, and production timelinesConduct video shoots — whether structured or spontaneous — tailored for short-form contentEdit and assemble raw footage into compelling, platform-optimised video assets with minimal supervisionManage the entire post-production workflow from first cut to final deliveryMaintain high creative standards under tight deadlinesIdentify and adopt emerging trends in social video formats and editing techniquesRequirements:Proven experience as a shooter-editor, particularly in creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ShortsStrong familiarity with local pop culture, online trends, and Singaporean social context (slang, humour, and pacing)Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and respond positively to feedbackA proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced production cyclesA portfolio demonstrating experience in short-form video production and editing is requiredWhy Join Us: You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team where your work has a direct impact on brand storytelling and audience engagement.
