Project Manager – Insurance

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Project Management or related field;
• Has at least 8 years of experience in project management within insurance domain;
• Proven record of successfully delivering large and complex projects;
• Strong stakeholders management skills;
• An analytical problem solver with data driven decision making abilities;
• Able to work well and motivate cross functional teams across levels;
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities;
• Possess excellent leadership and project management skills;
• Detailed oriented and able to multi-task;
• Able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• PMP Certified.

• Lead project initiation, define project scope, objectives and deliverables;
• Develop comprehensive project plan, timeline and resource allocation;
• Monitor and manage project budget to ensure that financial objectives are met;
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure project efficiency;
• Build and lead a high performing project team;
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and foster collaborative culture;
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with project stakeholders;
• Regularly communicate project status, issues and risks to stakeholders;
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies;
• Proactively address and resolve issues;
• Implement and enforce project management best practices;
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality standards are met;
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs effectively;
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of changes on project objectives;
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to timeline and plan;
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and maintain project documentations;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
