• Maintain a good understanding of daily operations in the clinical service line
• Lead the strategic planning and setup of a new hospital facility, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare standards
• Work with cross functional teams to coordinate logistics, resource allocation, and timelines with the aim of a successful launch of the new hospital
• Managing the project budget while keeping track and reporting on variances
• Identify, evaluate, and procure equipment and technology required for hospital operations
• Follow up and provide regular updates on the progress and milestones of the project, and any challenges met
• Responsible for devising innovative strategies and workflow enhancement to continually improve patient care journey
• Responsible for handling administrative matters pertaining to service points assigned
• Manage patient feedback and monthly statistical reports
• Participate in committees and other tasks as assigned

• A recognized Degree with min 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
• Those with experience in healthcare operational work will have added advantage
• Strong project management capabilities with experience driving a cohesive team
• Confident in resonating with senior management, and internal/external stakeholders
• Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate well in writing and verbally
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
