
SEA Product Marketing Manager, Apps

1. Own product growth and adoption for specific TikTok Performance (Apps & Measurement) products in SEA.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to develop best practices through the lens of performance marketers to drive business outcomes.
3. Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies.
4. Plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop local product marketing collaterals.
5. Act as the voice of the market to the product team; analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
1. 5 years of experience in performance product marketing (ideally Apps & Measurement), product strategy, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on brand marketing campaigns.
2. Track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
3. Ability to set priorities, problem solving, multi-task and work independently.
4. Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions.
7. Bachelor's degree or above.Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in digital marketing business for performance campaigns.
2. Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the industry and a strong understanding of client's digital marketing objectives for these industries.
3. Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills.
