Work Shift: HybridBenefits: Maternity, Paternal, Additional Leaves including Emergency Leave, Childcare Leave and Extended Childcare leave, Well-being Support, Flexible Benefits, Group Insurances, Car Allowances (depending on the role), Company’s Gift, etc.Financial Accounting and ReportingReview the standard journals prepared by the shared service team before postingReview of intercompany and related party transactions, monitoring netting process and minimise IC mismatch transactions.Review and approval of purchase requisitions in line with the procurement policy and ensure posting based on nature of expenditure.Work with the shared service team to coordinate the process of non-standard transactions and payments.Resolving escalated queries from stakeholders eg. vendors/ employees.Support of record keeping, data and document retrieval.TaxationResponsible for quarterly GST submission and ensure compliance with the local tax regulations.Responsible for the preparation and filing of Withholding tax.Responsible for arranging the tax treaty documents as and when requested by customer.Support the corporate tax return and submissions by working with the appointed local tax advisor.TreasuryWeekly reviews of cashflow forecast and submit funding requests to the Group Treasury as required.Manage administration of Corporate CardsLiaison with banks on issue resolutions as required.Maintain signing and online banking mandate by working with Group Treasury.ComplianceSupport external audit and liaison with the Auditors to clear queries and/or requests of information.Support the compliance of the Group’s internal control framework by maintaining supporting documents to demonstrate sufficient controls are in place.RequirementsMinimum 4 to 8 years working experiences in a similar role preferably from a MNC environmentDegree in Accountancy or other professional accountancy qualificationGood knowledge of IFRS and local taxation (GST and withholding tax filing)Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasksPossess enthusiasm, positive working attitude and adaptable to changesImportant Working RelationshipsLocal Controller of SingaporeShared Services TeamProcurement TeamCommercial Operations TeamAVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
