WE TAKE YOU ABOVE BEYONDTake your passion to the next level and work alongside other masters of their craft to build a fulfilling and rewarding career at Marina Bay Sands.Job ResponsibilitiesThe team is tasked with developing creative approaches to data sourcing, deriving new variables and factoring in qualitative insights to deliver high-impact business solutions.Key areas of focus, include:Gaming OptimisationUtilize big data technologies and cloud platforms to manage and analyze large and complex datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.Implementing end-to-end data-driven solutions using Analytical modeling techniques, machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps frameworks.Design experiments and conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, hidden patterns, and opportunities for product optimization.Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize product offering, pricing strategy and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes and decision-making frameworks.Effectively communicate results and their implications to business/product stakeholders.Job RequirementsEducation & CertificationBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fieldAdvanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related field is preferred.ExperienceAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in analytics and machine learning or AI.Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments and monitoring their performance will be an added advantage.Expertise in implementing data-driven solutions using statistical techniques, machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps frameworks.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, with experience in using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.Strong competencies in supervised and unsupervised machine learning, deep learning algorithms, and MLOps.Knowledge of latent semantic analysis, document similarity models, document classification, text analytics, and language models.Familiarity with recommender systems, computer vision, and image analytics.Familiarity with neural networks, convolutional neural networks, and recurrent neural networks.Experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.Other PrerequisitesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to derive actionable insights.Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
