Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job ResponsiblitiesAs a Service Crew member supporting F&B operations at Green Canvas, you will assist in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment during buffet and coffee break services. Your primary responsibility will be to clear soiled plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses from guest tables and service areas promptly and efficiently. This role ensures the dining experience remains smooth and professional for event attendees.

Clear and remove used plates, cutlery, and glassware from guest tables, buffet stations, and return points.
Transport soiled items to designated back-of-house areas for washing / collection.
Wipe and reset tables between guest turns (if applicable).
Support replenishment of service ware (e.g., clean cups, napkins, cutlery) at the buffet or beverage stations (if applicable).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and surrounding areas.
Provide courteous support to guests as needed.

Job RequirementAble to work on an event basis, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Requires handling light lifting and standing for extended hours.Able to work in fast-paced environments and as part of a team.Specialization : Administration / Support Function
