Business Support Admin (1 year contract/MNC)

• Reporting to Head of Sales (Domestic SG)
• Assist BD / Sales / Commercial in all activities regarding Customer events, workshops, etc
• Ensuring internal commercial management itinerary and agenda. Booking of meeting facilities and hospitality venues.
• EDM management Follow ups and ensuring key stakeholders attendance.
• Initiate Digital marketing materials
• Events /Workshops management for related business activities
• Assist Sales/KAMs to manage SalesForce opportunities updates
• All administrative matters (i.e expenses claims) to all Sales/KAMs

• Diploma in Computer Engineering / Science / related studies with 1 year experience is preferred
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong administration skills
• Strong Customer focus and follow ups
• Matured individual with Strong sense of Ownership
• 1 year contract with full benefits including completion bonus
