- Organisation of programme information sessions; participation in major education fairs, exhibitions and events; as well as management of digital and social media marketing campaigns
- Establishment and maintenance of relationships with relevant bodies to explore possible areas of collaboration, with the aim of supporting the talent development needs of the nation
- Collaboration with NUS student clubs and societies to jointly organise relevant PGC programme Masterclass and/or Information Sessions, and promotion of related APB initiatives through placement of banners and posters on the NUS campus
- Undertaking of alumni outreach efforts such as advertisements in AlumNUS magazine, email campaigns, participation in alumni engagement events, and other collaborations with the Office of Alumni Relations (OAR)
- Assist in managing social media and digital marketing campaigns (e.g. liaising with appointed vendors, scheduling and publishing social media posts, as well as monitoring, tracking and reporting campaign performance, etc.)
- Assist in managing emailer campaigns (e.g. preparing mailing lists, conducting test email blasts, working with relevant parties to troubleshoot email issues, managing the actual email blasts, and reporting campaign performance, etc.)
- Support organisation and management of webinars and online events (e.g. setting up virtual events on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, creating registration forms and links, preparing pre-event briefing slides, sending pre-event reminder emails, facilitating the event, and sending post-event emails, etc.)
- Work closely with relevant colleagues to support the production of marketing collaterals (e.g. identifying, contacting and vetting students/graduates/faculty as candidates to be featured, brainstorming on possible story angles, supporting the adaptation of artworks for use in various media, etc.)
- Assist in procurement procedures to support the Sub-Unit's activities (e.g. source for vendor(s) and quotation(s), assist in preparing briefs, managing procurement processes, and handling invoices, etc.)
- Manage the inventory of corporate premiums and marketing collaterals, including monitoring stock levels and managing the production and/or replenishment of stock
- Provide marketing intelligence support by performing data-entry and database management of leads collected from marketing campaigns and events, as well as offering data-mining support to build up the marketing database
- Provide administrative & operational support
- At least a good Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university
- Information-technology-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
- At least three years of relevant working experience, preferably in the higher education sector
- Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing best practices, and customer relationship management systems
- Previous experience with data management advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
- Result-driven, self-motivated and highly disciplined
- Strong project management skills, meticulous with an eye for detail
- Driven self-starter and a strong team player, able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes in a complex, fast-paced and ambiguous environment
