- To research and benchmark how other archives and libraries manage the archiving and preservation of complex digital formats e.g., CAD, email, and BIM files.
- To translate the research into relevant recommendations and guidelines for dissemination to the various agencies and to experiment certain tools for the relevant works.
- To attend regular team meetings, share findings, and shadow the work of NAS Officers.
- Students from Humanities, Social Sciences, IT/Information Science related courses preferred.
- Good research and IT skills and is able to synthesise information from multiple sources.
- Keen Interest in archives and digital preservation.
- IT literate and open to experimenting with new technologies and tools.
- Good language proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge in programming would be an advantage.
- Curious and inquisitive and possesses a positive learning attitude.
