- Develop and execute a LinkedIn-centric marketing strategy aligned with our business goals (B2B lead generation, recruitment branding, employer engagement).
- Build and manage our company LinkedIn presence, including company page updates, article planning, campaign execution, and analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to amplify their personal branding via content calendars, post drafts, and engagement plans.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and performance metrics to iterate and improve campaigns.
- Provide consulting to clients on how to leverage LinkedIn for branding, hiring, and business development.
- Create client-facing content strategies, post templates, and campaign playbooks.
- Train clients and their teams (when required) on best practices for profile optimization, content, and network building.
- Write, edit, and publish posts that reflect Cultivars brand tone: sharp, witty, professional, and human.
- Ideate and launch thematic campaigns (e.g., hiring drives, case studies, thought leadership series).
- Work with design and media tools (Canva, scheduling apps, analytics dashboards) to deliver high-quality visual and written content.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing.
- Strong understanding of personal branding, B2B engagement, and recruitment marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for LinkedIn audiences (short-form, storytelling, strategic).
- Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Bonus: Experience working with recruitment agencies or HR-related industries.
- A strategic thinker who balances creativity with commercial results.
- Comfortable operating independently and engaging stakeholders at senior levels.
- Up to date with LinkedIns latest algorithm shifts, trends, and platform tools.
