- Be the first point of escalation for operational emergencies and work continuously with Incident Reporting and involving the Security Manager in all occasions required.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to address any repairs, upgrades, or improvements promptly
- Manage the process of move-in, move-out, onboarding, and off boarding.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
- Understand property management and plan the scope of work ahead of time to ensure the highest possible standards of maintenance and upkeep of our units/bedrooms within our product.
- Identify better efficiencies with existing processes to help optimise labour time/cost ratio
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Freshdesk, PMS / helpdesk systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
