This role ensures that all technical aspects of the project are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Be Part of Our Success1. Site Work Management

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of site activities
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site
Monitor progress and prepare site reports for stakeholders

2. Product Development

Lead the design and development of new products or systems in collaboration with development teams
Evaluate technical feasibility and provide input on design improvements
Support prototyping, testing, and iteration phases
Ensure product development aligns with customer requirements and industry standards

3. Integration and Testing

Plan and execute system integration activities, ensuring compatibility between components
Develop and implement testing protocols for functional, performance, and reliability testing
Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure system readiness
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to validate system performance

4. Documentation

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications, test plans, reports, and user manuals
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory and quality standards
Support knowledge transfer and training through clear and structured documentation

Qualities We Value

Degree in Engineering
Proficient in CAD software and project scheduling tools
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and leadership skills
